South Region: Kirwa, Harding

Daniel Kirwa, who I believe is unbeaten since outdoors on all surfaces since Slippery Rock last year (help me out here!), will lead the Harding Bison to a South Regional win.
Harding fell out of the national team title picture early in the year, but they're the class of the South. Most of the field will likely see only Kirwa and West Georgia teammates Meshack Koyiaki and Nicholas Kering from behind.
Like the Southeast, three teams will make it out of Tampa.
I like Florida Southern for second, although West Georgia narrowly edged them at the Mercer Invite. Fewer teams at the regional (thus a premium on tighter 1-5 pack times) should work in Florida Southern's favor.
